Terms of Service
By engaging Outdoors Men Landscaping, the client agrees to the following terms and conditions. These terms ensure a transparent and professional relationship for every landscape project.
1. Scope of Work
All services will be performed as outlined in the approved estimate or proposal. Any additional work or changes requested by the client may require a written change order and may result in additional charges.
2. Estimates & Pricing
All estimates are based on the information available at the time of quoting. Pricing may be subject to change if unforeseen site conditions arise, including but not limited to soil conditions, underground utilities, drainage issues, or access limitations. Detailed, itemized estimates will be provided prior to project approval.
3. Scheduling
Project start dates and timelines are subject to weather conditions, material availability, and scheduling demands. Outdoors Men Landscaping will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed timelines but does not guarantee exact completion dates.
4. Access to Property
The client is responsible for providing clear and safe access to the work area. This includes marking private utilities, removing obstacles, and securing pets. Delays caused by restricted access may result in additional charges.
5. Permits & Regulations
Unless otherwise specified, the client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits, approvals, or HOA permissions. Outdoors Men Landscaping will comply with applicable local regulations during project execution.
6. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. Larger projects may require a deposit and progress payments. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.
7. Cancellations & Changes
Project cancellations or significant changes after approval may be subject to fees for labor, materials, and scheduling impacts already incurred.
8. Warranty & Satisfaction
We stand behind our workmanship and offer a satisfaction guarantee on all landscaping services. Any concerns must be reported within a reasonable timeframe so they can be addressed. Warranty does not cover damage caused by weather, improper maintenance, misuse, or natural plant loss beyond our control.
9. Plant Material
While we select quality plant materials, plant health is subject to environmental conditions, watering, and maintenance. We are not responsible for plant loss due to neglect, extreme weather, pests, or soil conditions unless otherwise specified.
10. Liability & Insurance
Outdoors Men Landscaping is fully licensed and insured. We are not responsible for pre-existing property damage or issues not visible prior to the start of work.
11. Site Conditions
Hidden or unforeseen conditions (such as buried debris, rock, or poor drainage) may require additional work and will be communicated to the client before proceeding.
12. Acceptance of Terms
Approval of an estimate, proposal, or invoice constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
